Returns & Refund& Warranty Policy


1 Year warranty for Printers, 1 months warranty for Accessories.

1. sovol3d.com provide 1-year warranty for the printer's orders on sovol3d.com. (Most of the parts on the printer have a 1-year warranty, and some consumable parts on the printer have 1 months warranty like nozzles, build plate, belt etc.)
2. sovol3d.com provide 1 monthly warranty for accessories orders on sovol3d.com.

Eligibility Requirements

1. The printer wasn't modified. (Including using the parts or firmware from the third party.

2. The defective parts are not caused by incorrect operation or user error.

3. Provide the picture, and test video that we required to prove the parts defective.
4. Provide the order ID of the item. ( and series number of the printer)


14 Days Returns Policy

Sovol3d.com will refund or replace any item if the criteria are met. 

1. Item not received: you did not receive the item you paid for.

2. Not as described: you received an item you paid for but it is significantly different from what was described, this includes for example:

  • You received a completely different item.
  • The condition of the item was misrepresented i.e you bought the item that said "new" and the item was used.
  • The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
  • You purchased three items but received two.

Eligibility Requirements

You have a dispute time of 14 days from the date of payment. Email us or message us directly and confirm the problem so we can resolve it.

If the item was properly described but the consumer doesn't want it after receiving it and it is still in packaging unopened and unused. The consumer needs to cover the shipping for sending and returning and customs duty if any. The customer needs to return the products and provide the tracking number in 1-2 days after getting the return address. 


Except for logistics reasons. If the customer does not want in the delivery, the consumer can reject to accept the package and let it return to the warehouse automatically. The consumer needs to cover the shipping for sending and returning and customs duty if any.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the process the refund. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the sending and return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the products received are not correct or have issues, provide the damage proof,the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee for this reason. The consumer can choose exchange or return. The  consumer are required to return the products by choosing the carrier we provided and pay the shipping fee to return the products first and provide the shipping fee receipt( the receipt should include content like the returning address, tracking number&carrier company and amount of shipping fee) because we are unable to process payment on any website. But we will refund the return shipping fee within 2 days after we confirm the return center received the product.
