1. sovol3d.com provide 1 year warranty for the printers orders on sovol3d.com. (Most of the parts on printer have 1 year warranty, some comsumable parts on printer have 1 months warranty like nozzles, build plate, belt ect.)

Eligibility Requirements

1.The printer wasn't modified.(Including using the parts or firmware from the third party.

2. The defective parts are not caused by incorrect operation or user error.

3. Proive the picture, test video that we required to prove the parts defective. 


30 Days Returns Policy

Sovol3d.com will refund or replace any item if criteria is met. 

1. Item not received: you did not receive the item you paid for.

2. Not as described: you received an item you paid for but it is significantly different from what was described, this includes for example:

  • You received a completely different item.
  • The condition of the item was misrepresented i.e you bought the item said "new" and the item was used.
  • The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
  • You purchased three items but received two.
  • The item has difficultly fixable issue.

    Eligibility Requirements

    You have a dispute time of 30 days from date of payment. Email us or message us directly and confirm the problem so we can resolve it.

    Provide the pictures, test videos that we required to prove the products damaged or defective parts. 

    If the item was properly described but the consumer doesn't want it after received it and it is still in packaging unopened and unused. The consumer need to cover the shipping for sending and returning and customs duty if any. 


    Except for logistics reasons. If the customer does not want in the delivery, the consumer can rejects to accpect the package let it return to the warehouse automatically. The consumer need to cover the shipping for sending and returning and customs duty if any.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the process with the refund. 

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the products received are not correct or have the issues which is difficult to fix for cosumer (judged by our engineer), the consumer is not required to cover  the shipping fee for this reason.The comsumer can choose exchange or return.  If the return caused by the product issue which can be easy fixed by the replacement part(judged by our engineer), the consumer need to cover the shipping fee for return.
