Shipping Info

3-7 Days for delivery from US/EU/UK/CA/AU warehouse.

 
1. Please select the correct ship option.  If you select the incorrect ship option, it will cause payment failure. 

  • For example, if you are in US, select ship from US or ship to US.
    Ship from US means ship from the US warehouse, ship to US means ship from China to US. 
  • The European can't select ship from China (as it will have tax.)  or order the product which doesn't have ship opotion, otherwise you may get an error message " we can't ship to your location." If so, please check out if the shipping opotion you selected and the product you selected. 


2.We ship to you based on your location. 

  • Ship from US(to US only) means :  ship from  New York warehouse or Los Angeles warehouse.
  • Ship from EU(to EU/UK) means: ship from Czech warehouse, the printers in Czech warehouse all are EU plug, if the UK customers are okay with EU plug, you can choose ship from EU plug. 
  • Ship from CA(to CA only) means, ship from Vancouver warehouse
  • Ship from AU(to AU only) means, ship from Sydney warehouse.
  • Ship from UK(to UK only) means, ship from Amazon_uk warehouse, we may not fill the tracking number timely, but the delivery is fast about 2-3 days after you place the order. 

3. The parts and accessories are  shiped sparately, not are in the printer's box or come with the printer, or pre-installed on the printer.

As the the shipping system and the order sytems are not the same one, some packages's tracking number may not update automatically on your order, if you need it, please feel free to contact us  info@sovol3d.com   But actually you don't need to worry, we fullfill your orders at the same time, and arrange the shipping for you.   If one product is out of stock, that product will have shipping delay, but once it restock, we will ship for you. other products in your order that are in stock, we will ship for you normally. 

4. If you order many products, there will be several packages，several tracking number  because of warehouse difference or shipping weight limitation.

5. If you select ship from China, it will take 7-15 days for delivery after shipping,

Tax

1. ALL are free tax if you are in United States, Canada, Australia.

2. Products shipping from EU, ALL are free tax for France,Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria.

3. Products shipping from EU, these countries will need to pay tax when clean with the custom. Norway, Switzehland, Ukrain.
( Note, these tax is paid to the local custom not to us, we are unable to refund or pay the tax. The value are determined by local custom, or local custom policy, we are unable to control. The default declare value is the real price of the product on our website.) If the tax is too high and unfair, you can reject to receive the pacakage, lt it return to us, we will refund you after it arrived our warehouse.

4. Printers shipped from China to other coutries will have tax, except for United States. We only ship printer from China when you select " ship from China" and you will need to pay a part of shipping fee, as the shipping fee is too high,we are unable to cover 100%.
