3. The bottom layer printing speed is too fast. If the bottom speed printing too fast, filamentswill not have enough time to stick tightly in the glass plate; general bottom speed is in the 15-20 or so.
4. Reasons for filaments. Filamentsthat are damp or of poor quality will not stick to the heat bed.
5. You can try whether the z offset setting is normal, refer to the video; z offset step distance is very small, so you have to rotate the display knob more; adjust the nozzle to the distance of one A4 paper from the glass plate and have a sense of friction.

My sovol sv02 that I got 2 years ago is saying that it has a thermistor error. It says I need to Cycle Power but I don’t know how to do that. I have a problem with my printer. It always goes out of level after each print! Ive tightened all screws, all rollers and checket everything but with no success. Do you have an Idea what could be the problem? I level my printer with an metal sheet which is exactly 0.1mm.

I do the automatic leveling of the Z axis (with BLTouch), then I do the fine adjustment manually until the Z axis is the same as the sheet of paper on the bed, then I do the manual adjustment of all the corners of the bed and it works fine.
When I print, the nozzle is at a different distance from the bed and the filament does not stick to the bed. When I’m printing and I go to adjustment, the Z axis compensation has the value: -32.9. If I try to adjust it, it goes to -20.0 and still doesn’t stick to the bed. Any help will be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Doing a project but every file is now stopping in between the 5 min mark to the 10 min mark and screen freezes making it unusable unless turned off forcefully and brought back on.

I’ve had my SV02 for close to 2 years. Been working fine up until last week. It corrupted an sd card and no longer recognizes any sd card I have tried two other cards to verify. None have worked. Tried everything I could find on line including reformatting verifying it was in FAT 32. Cleaning the card, renaming the files. And nothing. Help please.

I received this SV02 as a Christmas gift and have had nothing but problems since. As of now I can get all the way to the start up of a print, but then it just sits there not moving saying it’s heating up even thought it’s already at the temperature it’s supposed to be at. Nothing will print. It simply will not do anything. It will say heating in the top left corner for over an hour and nothing will happen.

HI Support, the printer prints the first out side line & get about 1/2 way across when it hick ups, make skipping noise on the left to right axles. Printer then only moves back & forward & up & down, no Left & right movement. Printer moves as expected during leveling. Am using CURA 4.5. open top any idea’s, Printer was Xmas present to my son.
